Good influence to stop Influenza (Swine Flu)

Mexico and the world are going through difficult times regarding health.

The situation is not only affecting Mexicans, who, since Friday the 23th of April live in an alert, barely going out (closed schools, universities, gym, parks, cinemas, restaurants, bars, etc ), wearing masks and afraid of kissing, hugging and being with friends as we usually do...the "problem" already went beyond borders and has been affecting Mexicans (this issue has even had as a reaction discrimination toward my compatriots) and people around the globe.

I believe that each of us have to take responsibility and action in order to heal as fast as we can.
I have read in several times a great book by Louise L. Hay. "You Can Heal Your Life".

Last night it came to my mind and I looked after the word -INFLUENZA-

Here's what I found:

Response to mass negativity and beliefs.

Fear.

Belief in statistics.

As Luise L Hay and many other authors, doctors, psychologists and persons believe, there is a way to fight sickness from our own mind.

The positive sentence and new life pattern should be:

I am beyond groups beliefs or the calendar. I am free from all congestion and influence.

I will keep this sentence in my mind and not only, I will repeat it at loud as much as I can…

I invite you to do the same…

Union will make the force right now.

i can see the finish line …

I began running blindfolded; in an unknown path…

…the only security was that I wanted to cross the finish line.

each step gave me certainty

on the importance of the moment

and the feeling that came with

I arrived to every post accompanied by experiences that made me stronger.

Middle way; time was going by very fast. Sometimes it felt like I was going by inertia…

I know, I am still running

I know, I need focus

to every posted I arrived accompanied by my mates and fellows … energy always stronger.

the race has been long

8 months later,

I can see the finish line.

it is harder every step

i just want to finish

i am facing new challenges

and feel I can smile till the end

because this is the race of life

where smiling I have understood

that I will get to the last post

accompanied

always running

strong

smiling

ALIVE!
